Terms and Conditions of Race Sporting Goods

FREIGHT CHARGES

Freight charges within Australia will be quoted on a per order basis (calculated on complete order):
International orders require a freight quotation from Race Sporting Goods. We will not be held responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from the late or non-delivery of goods.

PRICES

Prices for all products on this website are in Australian dollars ($A) and include GST (10%). All prices are correct at the time of publication of this website. Race Sporting Goods reserves the right to alter prices at any time, for any reason. Race Sporting Goods will provide Tax Invoices for all accepted orders.
 
PAYMENTS

Orders must be accompanied by payment in full.
The following payments are accepted via phone or post:
- Credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Debit Card) through PayPal.
- Direct Deposit / Electronic Transfer (ANZ, BSB: 013268, Account Number: 491541695) Please include your name as the reference.
- Cheque / Money Order (Please make payable to Race Sporting Goods, and post to 30 Belmont Avenue, Clayton, Victoria 3168 Australia)

PRODUCTS

Race Sporting Goods reserve the right to modify or change product specifications. Occassionally products may not exactly match photographs in the catalogues or on this website.
Products to be used by children should only be used under proper adult supervision. The selection and suitability of items to be used by children remains the purchasers responsibility.
Shipping
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours from receipt of payment. If for any reason we cannot fill your order we will contact you within 24 hours.
Race Sporting Goods will dispatch your goods in the most efficient and reliable manner. This will be done at our sole discretion.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If the product is faulty or does not conform to specifications, please return it to Race Sporting Goods in the original condition within 5 days of receipt. The returned products may be replaced, refunded or credited. Freight charges on returns are not refundable. Freight will be not be charged when sending any replacement products.
If you receive an order with shortages, please contact Race Sporting Goods to arrange for delivery of the product shortage. Freight costs to products sent out to satisfy product shortages will be bourn by Race Sporting Goods. You will need to provide full details of the fault or shortage along with the invoice number.

The information we collect from you is for the purposes of providing you with the products you have ordered, and for invoicing. We may also use the information to promote products to you which we consider to be of interest. We will stop promoting to you if you contact us and tell us not to do so. Race Sporting Goods will not sell or pass on any of your information to third parties unless required to do so by legislation.
